You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at


The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you;

- receive your item/item is ready for collection in a parcel shop

- get the item in physical possession when the order is divided up and delivered by several rounds.


If you regret your purchase, you must send your purchase back to us at the address below and within 14 days from the day you received your purchase.

Cancellation form is included in the package with the items that you have ordered. Please fill it out and enclose it with the returned goods. CLEARLY COMPLETED. We can not identify who the package is from if you send return without.


You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear and as soon as possible notice that you have regretted the purchase.

You MUST SEND your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have received your purchase. It is NOT possible to come to us and deliver the package.

It is very important that you send your return package to our address, as we do NOT pick up in parcel shops.

You must bear the direct costs of shipping the item.

Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You must also use the enclosed return form. You are also fully responsible as the sender of the package for your package to reach us.

You bear the RESPONSIBILITY for the item from the time the item is delivered to you. It also means that you are responsible for the package from the time you return it until we have received it. It is therefore your responsibility as the sender that the package arrives to us. Therefore, we recommend that you send the package with tracking number so YOU can see where the package is located.


To facilitate the processing of your return, we ask you to remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation and fill out the return form.

It is not possible to exchange for another size or item, we therefore recommend that you order the desired product again.


The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item, in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. The item must not be washed. The product must not smell of perfume or smoke.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store.

You may try the product, but not use it.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including

delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you received the item. We do NOT refund return postage / freight purchased elsewhere on the webshop.


We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction and through our payment provider.

We only refund when the item is received back. We have up to 14 days processing time on returns. As soon as your return is processed, you will receive an email from us.



If you refuse to receive your package or do not pick it up at the package shop, a handling amount of DKK 59 will be charged. Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery or without delivery.
