To order items, use the shopping cart in which you need to add the items
you want to order. If you have entered your email address correctly, you will
receive an order confirmation from us by email. This is proof that your order is
registered. The item is delivered as soon as possible via GLS
On our webshop you can pay with the following cards: VISA / Dankort, VISA electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB as well as Mobil pay, Viabill and Anyday.
An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted. When you enter the card information, the transfer is encrypted. SSL encryption is used, which provides a very high level of security for confidential information that cannot be intercepted by third parties. Security is regularly monitored by some of the country's most skilled IT security consultants. Therefore, you can safely shop with payment cards with us.
We do not charge card fees and the amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped.
When purchasing with Viabill, you will first receive your goods. Thereafter, you must pay your monthly benefit on the same date each month.

With Anyday, you can divide your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid off over the following 3 months. The item is sent as a parcel post to the address given at the time of purchase. The package is sent with GLS. The package must be picked up in the package shop.
We are VOEC REGISTERED you therefore do not have to pay customs on purchases under DKK 3,000
For purchases over DKK 3,000, customs duties must be paid.
You will find the VOEC number on your order confirmation.
We only ship to addresses in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to email@example.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find enclosed in your package. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Withdrawal of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your package from us. You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. Furthermore, you are responsible for the package until the package is received at our address.
The condition of the item when you send back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If an item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. Packages sent to the parcel box or parcel shop are not picked up.
You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in person at the above address every weekday between 10-15.
You are responsible for the package from the time you send it until it is delivered to us.
We do not recommend sending with stamps or DAO.
We recommend you buy return labels on our webshop or buy return labels that can be traced.
If you refuse to receive the package or do not pick it up at the Post Office, the real costs that we have been charged in connection will be charged.

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop at aabergcopenhagen.dk, you as a consumer of course have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use, wear and tear of the product or other damaging behavior.
How fast should I complain?
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If you find upon receipt of your order that an item has defects or errors, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or on tel. 22484108. Please send order number and pictures of the problem. We will of course resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Remember to enclose a copy of your order confirmation / enclosed return form when you return items to us.
Order ID can be found on the order confirmation, which is sent per. mail in connection with the purchase.
Your order ID is also on the order confirmation that is included with your package.

We need the following information when you shop with us:

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Stateroom Iconic Shapes and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. If you have been lucky enough to win a prize either in the form of clothes or gift cards for the shop, we point out that this can not be exchanged for cash, the clothes can not be exchanged or returned. Gift cards / voucher codes / discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and the items sent cannot be returned or exchanged for other or other sizes.
We often offer discount codes. The discount is ONLY valid for the mentioned period / dates, we do NOT provide a discount with retroactive effect.
